They look like slugs/ worms, huh? XD This is probably my favorite Khmer noodle stir fry. My dad’s too. He talks about it a lot since he grew up eating this before the war. Traditionally, the only protein in the dish is egg. I added baby shrimps just because…. The dish is cooked not too salty and then served with some sweet chili sauce. Making the noodles from scratch was easy, though a little time-consuming. The bean sprouts took me about a week! You can check out how to sprout mung beans here.
