Saucy Meatballs and Pandan Cake

I barely had any whipped cream left for the cake. It was good though. Love pandan flavor!

The meatballs and sauce were made w/ whatever I had on hand and not planned. I ran out of panko breadcrumbs and I didn’t want to toast my bread to make breadcrumbs…. Guess what I used? Stale Cheetos Puffs! Worked like a charm as a filler! Taste verdict: I could not taste the Cheetos but the meatballs were moist!
